These terms explain how Branded Merch supplies branded merchandise and services to you. By placing an order with us you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

The terms that apply when you order from Branded Merch.
2. Quotes and orders
All quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. An order is confirmed once you approve the digital mockup (artwork proof) and we receive cleared payment or an agreed deposit. Quotations are based on the quantities, garments, specifications and artwork details you provide; changes may affect the price.
3. Artwork and approval
You confirm that you own, or are properly licensed to use, any logos, designs or artwork you supply. We are not responsible for errors, rights disputes or reproduction issues caused by artwork you have approved. Artwork must be supplied in a high-resolution vector or print-ready format wherever possible.
4. Prices and payment
Unless we state otherwise, prices exclude VAT and delivery charges. We accept payment by bank transfer, debit/credit card and approved invoice accounts. Orders under a quoted amount may require payment in full before production. Late payment may incur interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate.
5. Delivery
Estimated lead time is usually 5–10 working days from final artwork approval and confirmed payment, depending on stock and order size. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed unless we confirm a fixed date in writing. Delivery is to the address you provide; please check goods on receipt.
6. Quantities and tolerances
Printed, embroidered and produced goods may vary in quantity by up to 5% above or below the ordered amount, and you will be charged for the actual quantity delivered. Garment colours, sizes and finishes may also vary slightly between production batches due to manufacturer tolerances.
7. Cancellations and returns
Because items are personalised for you, orders cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started, except where the goods are faulty or not as described. Non-personalised stock items may be returned unused and in original condition within 14 days of delivery.
8. Faults and claims
Please inspect your order on delivery and report any fault, shortfall or quality issue within 14 days, ideally with photographs. We will inspect the goods and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, reprint or refund at our discretion. This does not affect your statutory rights.
9. Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or loss-of-profit claims, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
